Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • - Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • - Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • - Network (LAN/Wireless) Device Installation & Troubleshooting.
  • - Knowledge on OS's like (Win7,10, Win Server 2012/16, Linux).
  • - Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • - Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • - Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
  • - Providing technical support on site or over the phone or emails.
  • - Troubleshooting different hardware issues related to hardware, software or networking.
  • - Maintaining & Repairing the Computers.
  • - Installing Software and Hardware.
  • - Knowledge of network technologies i.e. VLAN, Switching, Routing, WAN, LAN
  • - Knowledge of wireless Lan technologies.
  • - Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • - Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • - Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

Desired Candidate :

  • - Sound exposure of networking and well versed with technical know how.
  • - Visiting client Sites, when required.
  • - Support service of existing system.
  • - Customer handling and their satisfaction.
  • - Having working knowledge of security systems (i.e. CCTV, Access Control), will be an added advantage.

Qualification :

  • - Diploma Holder, Electronics & Communication.

  • - Experience in creative and aggressive sales prospecting, a hunter mentality Professional and fearless presentation skills .
  • - Capability to build a strong rapport with existing and potential clients Self-motivated, Self Starter, team player, client focused, well organised & Resourceful, Strong Analytical skills.
  • - Very strong language skills both verbal & written both English & Hindi.
